Ingredients -
1 Chicken (Boneless Herbs) Half a kg 2 Salt to taste 3 Ginger Garlic 1 tablespoon crushed 4 Onions 1 tablespoon 5 Yogurt 1 cup 6 Proven hot spices 1 tablespoon 7 Chopped red pepper 1 teaspoon 8 Turmeric Half a teaspoon 9 White cumin 1 Teaspoon 10 coriander 1 teaspoon 11 ground hot spices half a teaspoon 12 green peppers two to three pieces 13 green coriander half a lump 14 cooking oil half a cup
Step by Step Instructions
Mix yoghurt, add roasted chopped coriander, cumin, salt, red chilli, turmeric and crushed hot spices and marinate the chicken seasonings with it. Add hot spices and fry for one minute. Then add ginger, garlic and crushed raw onion and fry for five to seven minutes. Add marinated chicken. Cover and cook over medium heat. After 4 minutes, increase the heat and fry till the oil separates. Sprinkle with 5 finely chopped green chillies and green coriander, cover and put on low heat for 5 to 7 minutes.
