Ingredients -
1 goat meat 700 gms 2 okra 200 gms 3 oils 1 cup 4 onions 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 1 tsp 6 tbsp salt to taste 7 ground red chillies 1 Ú†2 tsp 8 tbsp half a teaspoon 9 coriander (crushed) 1 tbsp (Crushed) 1 tablespoon yogurt half cup 12 water as required 13 green chillies four to six pieces 14 hot spices (crushed) as required 15 green coriander half a lump
Step by Step Instructions
1 Heat oil, fry onion and add goat meat and fry well. 2 Now add ginger garlic paste, salt, crushed red chilli, turmeric, crushed coriander and crushed onion and fry spices, add yoghurt. 3 When it is well fried, add it. Add water and let it simmer. 4 When the meat is melted and the water is dry, fry it and add broth. 5 At the same time fry the okra. Serve
