Ingredients -


1 tbsp half a kg 2 potatoes 3 tbsp medium 3 salt to taste 4 crushed garlic a teaspoon 5 crushed onions half a cup 6 tomato sauce 1 cup 7 cheddar cheese half a cup 8 large green chillies 3 to 4 pieces 9 red pepper crushed 1 tsp 10 cumin seeds A teaspoon 11 ground black pepper a teaspoon 12 double bread crumbs half a cup 13 eggs a number 14 green coriander finely chopped half a cup 15 cooking oil as required


Step by Step Instructions


1:Add salt, garlic, onion, red chilli, cumin, black pepper, egg, double bread crumbs and green coriander to the washed and dried minced meat and mix well for 5 to 7 minutes. 

2:Then add this mixture to the meatballs. Peel a squash, grate it and chop it into thick slices and lightly fry them in cooking oil. 

3:Add a tablespoon of flour, a teaspoon of flour and a teaspoon of chopped red pepper to the butter and fry.

4:then add half a cup of chicken broth and half a cup of tomato paste, mix and cook on low heat until thick, salt. Mix and take off the stove.

5: In a greased baking dish, place the meatballs with potato slices and chopped green chillies in length. 

6: Then put tomato sauce on it and bake at 180C for 15 to 20 minutes. Grind for five to seven minutes.
