•Step by Step Instructions
1: Two to three hours before making this dish, boil the rice, spread it in a tray and cover it and keep it in the fridge.
2: Wash and keep the chicken breasts in small pieces, also cut the pineapple into small pieces.
3:Peel a squash, grate it and heat the cooking oil in a pan over medium heat for three to four minutes.
4:Add garlic and chicken and fry for four to five minutes. Then add pineapple, raisins and almonds. Fry for 2 minutes.
5:Beat 4 eggs lightly, add a pinch of salt and add it at the same time. While frying the eggs, keep stirring with a spoon and after one to two, add boiled rice.
6:After adding the rice, fry them with the help of two spoons so that the rice does not break and add Chinese salt, white pepper, sugar, vinegar and soy sauce.
